Not altered. Worn once only for about 4 hours for my wedding ceremony (I changed dresses for the reception). Comes with beautiful removable pleated overshirt, off-the-shoulder-straps, and belt. I opted to not wear the skirt or straps so those are completely unused. I loved this dress!! Just feels bad that it sits in my closet.
