The Dress:

This breathtaking Berta Couture gown is fit for a modern-day edgy bride, covered in floral appliqué and adorned with 3D rosettes. - Everyone loved this dress at the wedding and I received so many compliments in it, the most common one was: "this is the most beautiful wedding dress I have ever seen" which says a lot specially when it comes from wedding vendors who are used to seeing hundred of dresses each year! If you want to be comfortable and feel like the most beautiful bride, this is the dress for you!

- Berta Size 38
I'm 5 feet and 4 inches, and one hundred seventeen lbs, and I wore 4” heels during the wedding day.

- Purchased from Kayrouz bridal store in Sydney. I currently live in Los Angeles. The dress condition is like brand new. Has been dry cleaned after the event.

- No longer have the Berta tag or Kayrouz bag, as these were destroyed with the Palisades fire January 2025. Thankfully, the dress was being dry-cleaned and was completely unaffected.

- Los Angeles Local pick up + Try on is available

Alterations:

1. I have added buttons for placing detachable materials for covering up.

The reason why I put this is there might be a brides who is worrying about the front part (If your family is on the conservative side) but at the same time, who wants to keep the beautiful original design that Berta intended.

I refused to press flower patches on the front part or taken in the bust part because every time I change the flower location or tried to narrow the cleavage, the design felt ruined and I didn’t want to mess with the designer's intention with my amateur eye.
With the snap buttons in place, you can attach a sheer material to cover up your belly, and take it on or off as needed. That way you can keep the original design and put some coverage at the same time!

If you don't want to keep it, it's very easy to remove the buttons.

2. The length has been shortened the front part only, haven’t touched the other layers.

3. It has a bustle up skirt so it can hold up while dancing. I ended up not using this as I changed to another dress later in the evening for dinner and dancing, as I didn’t want to risk getting food or soil on this dress.

4. I added the A cup bra, but it's removable to change to other cup sizes. Due to its backless design, there is some leniency with room with the bust size.
